To use the navify® My Care app, you need a user account. This is necessary to connect to your healthcare organization and share your data. When you enroll in a Care program at the clinic, you will receive two emails: an account activation email and a welcome email. Use the link in the first email to register your account with the navify® platform, and use the link in the second email to download and install the navify® My Care app on your phone. You may also receive an SMS message with a link to download the navify® My Care app on your phone.

When you log in to the app, you may be asked to enable the biometrics option if you have set it up on your phone. We recommend using biometrics to log in to the app. This enhances your account's privacy and data security, and simplifies the log in process. To enable or disable biometric authentication, navigate to the My account screen using the Navigation bar, and select the Security option in the SETTINGS section.
